Claims (1)
- 駆動電動機によつて回転駆動される円筒軸の内
側に上記円筒軸と同一回転をし、かつスライド可
能な１段目ネジ軸を組み込み、１段目ネジ軸とは
逆ねじれの２段目ネジ軸とかみ合う回転メネジを
上記１段目ネジ軸に固着し、１段目ネジ軸とかみ
合う固定メネジは上記円筒軸軸受本体に固定し駆
動電動機の回転で１段目ネジ軸と２段目ネジ軸が
同時に同じ方向に動作するように構成してなる２
段式モーターシリンダ。
