束レンズを配設してあるとともに、ケーシングを
多重構造としてあり、上記ケーシングの多重構造
とした中空部に、赤外線センサ配設側から冷却用
の流体を送給する流体供給部を連通してあるとと
もに、上記収束レンズの前面側から流体を排出す
る、赤外線導入用の開口を兼ねる排出口を形成し
てあることを特徴とする赤外線温度センサ。 2 赤外線センサと収束レンズとの間に、赤外線
の照射を断続するシヤツタが配設されている上記
