Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車室内とトランクルームとを仕切る前倒可能な
    シートバツクを有する自動車のリヤシートにおい
    て、シートバツクを起立状態に保持せしめるため
    のロツク手段と、このロツク手段をロツク状態と
    アンロツク状態とに操作する操作手段とを備えて
    いて、ロツク手段は車体とシートバツクのいずれ
    か一方に取り付けられたストライカと、他方に設
    けられ前記ストライカに対する係合によりシート
    バツクの起立状態の保持を行なうロツク部材とで
    構成され、操作手段はロツク部材の操作を行なう
    操作ノブをもち、この操作ノブは車体とシートバ
    ツクのいずれか一方に押込み可能に設けられてい
    て、この押込みにより車体とシートバツクのいず
    れか一方に係止して操作ノブの上記操作を不能と
    する爪と、キー操作により爪の係止を解除するキ
    ーシリンダ部とが操作ノブに設けられていること
    を特徴とする自動車のリヤシートバツクロツク装
    置。
