A roof base is formed from the straw sticks 1 and the slopes 2. Then, a cap material 3 in the form of a strip is placed on the top of the Kawarabō 1, and the roofing material 4 placed on the Nojisaka 2 rises along the Kawarabō 1, and the rising edge 5 and the cap material The edges 6 of 3 overlap at the upper sides of both sides of the stick 1 and are caulked. In addition, a metal plate partial hanger 7 is placed between the side surface of the Kawarabō 1 and the roof material 4 at a predetermined distance, one end of which is fixed to the side surface of the Kawarabō 1 with rivets, etc. The ends are overlapped with the roof material 4 and the cap material 3 and caulked. However, in the roof with this mounting structure, the end of the partial hanger 7 is connected to the roofing material edge 5.
and the cap material edge 6, the size, form, and installation accuracy of the partial hangers must be maintained extremely accurately, and because they are arranged discontinuously, advanced technology is required. It requires a lot of effort. Since the partial hanger 7 is attached to the side of the Kawarabō 1, the roofing material 8 laid between the Nojisaka 2 and the roofing material 4 becomes discontinuous at the partial hanger 7 and cannot be laid continuously. Can not. After the cap material 3 is overturned and the roof is finished, the general part is tightened with two pieces, and the partial hanger part is tightened with three pieces, which may create capillary gaps at the ends of the hangers and cause water leakage. As described above, conventional roof structures have drawbacks in terms of workability and water leakage, and improvements have been desired.

ができるものである。 This idea solves the above problems, and its purpose is to propose a high-performance, low-cost roof structure that does not cause water leakage, does not require skill in construction, and has high work efficiency. be. The gist is:
A continuous roofing material is laid on the roof subsurface on top of the roofing material, and a strap through which the strips are placed is placed and fixed along the longitudinal direction. The edges of the roofing material extending along the straw bars placed on both sides of the straw bars and the edges on both sides of the cap material covering the hanger are overlapped with the edges of the hanger on both sides and tightened. It is a structure where By adopting this structure, the caulking work becomes easier, and it becomes possible to lay a continuous roofing material covering the roofing rods.Furthermore, the area where the cap is covered and caulked is tightened in three layers uniformly. It can completely prevent water leakage.

In Figures 4 and 4, the Kawarabō 1 is made of steel rod with a groove with a square cross section on the lower surface and both side edges protruding laterally. is fixed with screws 10. This threaded hanger 9 has a band-like shape and has a groove 11 along the longitudinal direction with a rectangular cross section on the upper surface, and both side edge portions 12 extend laterally from both sides of the hanger bar 1. The roofing material 4 thatched on the slopes 2 on both sides of the Kawarabō 1 stands along the sides of the Kawarabō 1, and its edge 5 serves as a cap material that covers the upper part of the hanging hanger edge 12 and the hanging hanger 9. It overlaps with the edge 6 of 3 and is tightened to form three layers. Furthermore, roofing material 8 is continuously laid on the upper surfaces of Nojizaka 2 and Kawarabo 1.

は完了する。 When constructing a roof with this structure, the base is formed by extending the roof 1 from the surface of the slope 2 in advance, and the roofing material 8 is continuously laid on top of the base, and the roofing material 8 is continuously laid on top of the roof 1 in the longitudinal direction. The hanger 9 is attached with screws 10 along the line. The roof material 4 thatched on the Nojizaka 2 rises along the side surface of the Kawarabō 1, and its edge 5 is bent laterally to overlap with the side edge of the hanger 9. Further, a cap material 3 covering the threaded hanger 9 is placed parallel to the cover rod 1. Then, the overlapping roof material edge 5, through-hanger edge 12, and cap material edge 6 are stacked to form three layers, and the construction of the roof is completed by caulking using a seam tightener or the like.

することができる。 As described above, the roof of this structure has the roof material edge 5
Since the threaded hanger edge 12 and the cap material edge 6 are continuously overlapped and crimped, the tightening work is more sophisticated than the conventional structure in which partial hangers are placed discontinuously and crimped. It does not require any skill and can be easily and reliably installed using a sealing machine or the like.
In addition, since the caulked portion is made up of three consecutive layers and is uniform, there is no possibility of capillary gaps forming between two or three layers and causing water leakage, which is the case with conventional methods.
Furthermore, since the roofing material is laid continuously on the Noji slope and the Kawara pole, water leakage can be prevented more reliably.

業性が向上する利点を有している。 FIGS. 5 and 6 show an embodiment of a hanging hanger 6 of another shape, in which rib portions 1 along the longitudinal direction are tapered and recessed on both sides of a rectangular groove 11 on the upper surface.
3 is formed. For this reason, the strength of this through-hanger 9 is higher than that of the above-mentioned embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and when wind pressure is applied from below Nojizaka 2, the hanger 9 will not be deformed. , the resistance force against pushing up Nojizaka 2 is improved. In addition, by matching the dimensions of the groove 14 formed on the lower surface by the rib portion 13 to the upper dimension of the cover bar 1, positioning and fixing on the cover bar 1 becomes accurate and easy, and the strength is high, so that crimping is possible. This has the advantage of improving workability.

もないので漏水の憂もない。 This idea is as described above. Roofing material that is continuous with the roof subsurface is laid on the straw bars of the roof substratum, and a strip hanger is placed and fixed along the longitudinal direction. The edge along the direction extends laterally from the side surface of the Kawara rod, the roofing material placed on both sides of the Kawara rod rises along the side surface of the Kawara rod, and the cap material covering it is placed on the hanger approximately parallel to the Kawara rod. Then, the raised roofing material edge, the hanger side edge, and the cap material side edge are overlapped and fastened together to form three layers. For this reason, compared to the conventional method using a partial hanger fixed to the side of the straw bar,
When overlapping and caulking the edges of the hanger, roofing material, and cap material, the hanger and the cap material are approximately parallel and consist of three consecutive layers, improving work efficiency and making it easier to tighten the hanger. does not require high precision. Further, since the roofing material is continuously laid on the field slope and the Kawara bar, and the caulked portion is made of three uniform and continuous layers, no capillary gaps are generated, so there is no fear of water leakage.
なお、吊り子にリブ部のある溝を形成するなら
ば強度、施工性は一段と向上する。 Note that if the hanger is formed with a groove with ribs, the strength and workability will be further improved.
