Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a pressure loss in a discharging passage and at the same time make a compact size unit and improve a molding characteristic by a method wherein a discharging port of an air supplying or discharging fan is connected to one end of a bottom surface of a discharging duct having a uniform rectangular section bent to an inverted-L shape and having a specified size. CONSTITUTION:Air required for combustion is fed into a bath burner 3 and a hot-water feeding burner 4 under operation of an air feeding and discharging fan 15, the hot discharged gas is passed through a water feeding port coupling 13 and exchanges heat with cold water in a hot-water feeding exchanger 11 and in turn also exchanges heat with bath water within a bath heat exchanger 12, the discharged gas after its heat exchanging operation passes through within a discharging over 10 and passes from an air feeding port 15a to a discharging port 15b of an air feeding and discharging fan 15. Then, the discharged gas is flowed in a connection port 16b arranged at one corner of a bottom surface 16a of a discharging device 16 composed of a discharging duct 20 having a rectangular sectional part 19 of which long side 16d is more than three times of the discharging port 15b and short side has the same size as that of the discharging port 15b, whereby a pressure loss in the discharging duct 20 is excessively reduced and the gas is flowed out of a bath hot water feeding machine with a feeding or discharging fan through a blowing louver 18.

の圧力損失を極力少くすると共にコンパクトで成形性の
よい排気装置を提供するものである。

カバー10に給気口15aを接続した給排゛気ファンで
ある。16は底面16aの片側に設けた接続口16bと
給排気71ン16の排気口16bをビス17で接続し、
吹出しルーパー18に向かって逆り字型に曲がシ長辺は
排気口1sbの寸法の3倍以上、短辺は排気口16bと
同一寸法の矩形断面部19を一様に持った排気ダクト2

口15bを通る。そして長辺16aが排気口15bの3
倍以上、短辺16dが排気口16bと同一寸法の矩形断
面部19をもつ排気ダクト2oからなる排気装置16の
底面16aの片隅に設けた接続口16b内を排気ガスが
流れることにより排気ダクト20内の圧力損失を極力少
なくしつつ、吹出しルーパー18を介して給排気ファン
付風呂釜給湯機外1に流れでる。
