(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は古タイヤを利用したゴムマツト及び二
重ゴムマツトに関し、ゴルフ練習場、バツテイン
グセンター、野球場のロツカールーム、道路、フ

(従来技術)
本件出願人は古タイヤを利用したマツトを各種
開発してきたが、これまでのものはいずれも古タ
イヤを細長に切断し、その細長片aを第1図イの
ように数本並べて針金bで連結したり、細長片a

しない細長片aとを第1図ハのように適宜並べ、

(発明の目的)
本発明の目的は上記した従来品の問題点を解消
し、古タイヤを有効に活用し、しかも強度に優れ
たゴムマツト及び二重ゴムマツトを提供すること

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本願発明のうち特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の
ゴムマツトは、第1図ロのように古タイヤのキヤ
ンバスが内蔵されている部分を細長に切断した切
断片3を二本以上使用し、その切断片3をキヤン
バス6が縦向きになり且つ隣合う切断片3の側面
3aが接触するようゴム板1の上に並べてゴム板
1に接着剤で張り合せ、これを第1図ハのように
加熱加圧して両者の張り合せ部分のゴム相互を溶
着させて張り合せ部分を一体化してなるものであ

加圧して両ゴム板1のゴム相互を溶着させてなる

1に張り合せ、更にこれを第2図ハのようにプレ
ス台4と押型5との間に挟んで加熱しながら加圧
して、ゴム板1と切断片3との張り合せ部分のゴ

さが約11〜13mm程度になるが、これを加熱加圧す
ることにより両者のゴム相互が融合するため、出
来上るマツトの厚さは9〜10mm程度になる。この
程度の厚さであれば敷設し易く、また強度も十分

(発明の効果)
本発明のマツト及び二重マツトは次のような効

ム相互を溶着してなるため、両者の接着部は一

マツトが得られる。従つてこのマツトを例えば
ゴルフ練習場の足場マツトとして使用しても長
期間(第1図の従来のマツトの3〜4倍の期
