【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は熱可塑性樹脂からなる2枚のシート
を、その端面で加熱融着し接合一体化する際に用

至つては、この装置をそのまま使用することは不

筒軸方向に移送する円筒ガイドと、この円筒ガイ
ド内で突合された前記両シートの端面を加熱融着
させる端面加熱具と、こうして接合一体化された
シートを巻取る巻取装置とから構成されたことを

実施例 1
幅1.5m、長さ10m、厚さ6mmの発泡ポリエチ
レンシートを毎分10mの速度で移送しながらシー
トの自重のみによる端面押圧力での加熱融着作業
を行なつたところ、接合部分の残留歪みがほとん
