In FIG. 3, a general external perspective view of a conventional high-frequency heating device, there is a door 3 at the front opening of the heating chamber 2 of the main body 1 of the device, and an operation panel 4 near the door 3. The operation panel 4 includes a time display section 6, operation keys 6, and a door opening button 7.
There are such things. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the structure of the operation panel 4 section. A back plate 8 provided for reinforcing the operation panel 4 during push operation is attached to the back surface of the operation panel 4 with a salt 9 attached thereto, and an electronic circuit board 9 is attached thereto. The back plate 8 is connected to the chassis of the main body with screws, and various electronic components 10, a microcomputer 11, and a display tube 12 for displaying time, etc. are mounted on the grounded electronic circuit board 9. It is being On the other hand, a decorative board 13 on which cooking functions, times, cooking menus, etc. are displayed is pasted on the surface of the operation panel 40. FIGS. 5(a) and 5(1)) show a front view and a longitudinal sectional view of the decorative board. There is polyester 16 on the surface, followed by a color part 16 showing letters and colors, and aluminum foil 18 pasted through adhesive 17 to prevent static electricity and noise from entering into the operation panel. After that, the polyester 16 on the back side is attached via an adhesive 17 to form a single decorative board. Then, it was attached to the operation panel 4 with a double-sided tape 19 attached to the polyester 16 on the back side. In this way, the aluminum foil 18 is sandwiched between the decorative board 13 to provide an electrical shielding effect, thereby protecting the electronic components and microcontrollers on the electronic circuit board in the operation panel 4 from damage caused by static electricity and malfunctions caused by noise. For this purpose, the aluminum foil 18 is provided within the frame of the transparent part 14.
I couldn't squeeze it in. Moreover, since the aluminum foil 18 is not electrically connected to the main body chassis, the static electricity that once flew to the aluminum foil 18 has no place to escape. Finally, as shown in FIG. 6, there are cases where static electricity and noise enter the decorative board 13 and have no escape, and enter the foot of the display tube 12 which is close to the electronic circuit board. In some cases, the microcomputer 11 that drives the display tube and various electronic components 10 disposed on the display panel were destroyed. Furthermore, even if the upper end of the back plate 8, which is electrically connected to the main body chassis and grounded, is extended as shown in FIG. Sometimes it flew to my feet. Further, even if the static electricity flies to the back plate 8 as expected, there is a problem in that the current flows through the back plate 8 to the ground point, causing noise and causing the display tube 12 and microcomputer 11 to malfunction. Ta. For this purpose, the static electricity that has entered the decorative panel 13 is reliably blown away to the back panel 8 at a location other than the transparent portion 14 and as far away from the display tube 12 and microcomputer 11 as possible, and the current path to the ground point is made as far as possible. The present invention solves these conventional problems in that it is necessary to shorten the current path and provide it at a location away from noise-sensitive electronic components, microcontrollers, etc., and has a simple configuration. Therefore, it is possible to prevent static electricity from entering the electronic circuit section, and to provide an extremely reliable device that does not cause destruction or malfunction of the electronic circuit.

Means for Solving the Problems The high-frequency heating device of the present invention is such that a part of the back plate is inserted into a through hole provided in the operation panel, and the distance between the back plate and the decorative plate is such that they do not come into contact with each other. It is designed to be closer to other electronic components.

Function: The high-frequency heating device of the present invention makes the distance between the decorative board and a part of the back board closer than the distance between the decorative board and other electronic components, thereby ensuring that static electricity that has entered the decorative board is directed to a certain part of the back board. Since the current path is determined, the destruction of microcontrollers and electronic components due to static electricity, or noise malfunctions caused by current flowing through the back board, can be prevented by carefully arranging the parts. This is something that can be prevented.

EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the operation panel section. A decorative board 13 sandwiching aluminum foil is pasted on the surface of the operation panel 40, as in the conventional case. A back plate 8 is attached to the back surface of the operation panel. At this time, the cut and raised portion 2o of the back plate 8 is inserted into the through hole 2 provided in the operation panel.
Insert it into 1. The electronic circuit board 9 is then attached. The back plate 8 is screwed to the main body chassis and grounded when the operation panel 4 is attached to the main body. As described above, the problem has been solved with a component configuration that is completely unchanged from the conventional one. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along the plane A-A in FIG. 1. Since the cut-out 20 of the back plate 8 passes through the through hole 21 of the operation panel 4 and is placed close to the decorative board 13 compared to other conductive parts, the decorative board 13 The static electricity that has entered the back plate 8 flies to the cut-and-raised part 20 of the back plate 8, and is grounded to the main body chassis via the back plate 8. As described above, even if static electricity invades the decorative board 13, it will always fly to the cut-out 20 of the back board 8 and be grounded to the main body chassis, destroying the microphone/11 on the electronic circuit board 9 and various electronic components 10. You will no longer be exposed to it. Further, since static electricity always flies to the cut-and-raised portion 20 of the back plate 8, the current path to the ground is naturally determined.

Therefore, since the microcomputer and electronic components that are sensitive to noise can be placed at a remote location, it is possible to prevent malfunctions due to noise. Also,
When the aluminum foils sandwiched between the back plate 8 and the decorative plate 13 are made of different materials, there is a gap (0 in FIG. A
), it is possible to prevent electrofusion between dissimilar metals, and if the path of static electricity caused by corrosion is cut off, the problem will not occur.

(1) Since static electricity that has entered the decorative board can be grounded to the main body chassis via the back board, electrical components such as a microcomputer can be protected from destruction due to static electricity. Furthermore, since the current path flowing on the back board is clearly determined, malfunctions due to noise can be prevented by changing the arrangement of electronic components on the electronic circuit board.

(3) There is a gap between the decorative board and the cut edges of the back board, so even if the conductive material such as aluminum foil sandwiched between the decorative board and the material of the back board are different. , there is no electrofusion effect between dissimilar metals, it is possible to prevent the electrostatic path from being interrupted by corrosion, and it can be used as a highly reliable device for a long period of time.
