Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by joining together the forward end and the tail end of yarns wound on paired bobbins to continuously draw out the yarn from one bobbin after another and, while continuing feeding the yarn, replacing a bobbin with a new one to join the forward end and the tail end of yarns of the both bobbins, thereby eliminating the need for stopping a loom. CONSTITUTION:While the forward end 17 of yarn on a first bobbin 1 is drawn out through a first guide 4 located on the axial line of the bobbin, the tail end of the yarn 19 is joined to the forward end 18 of yarn on a second bobbin 2, with the yarn drawn from a second bobbin 2 through a passage hole 14 of a second guide 6 located on the axial line of the second bobbin 2. When the yarn 17 is drawn out to the tail end, the yarn 18 on the second bobbin 2 follows to be drawn out through the guides 4 and 6. In the meantime, a new bobbin is placed in the position of the first bobbin and similarly the forward end of the yarn is joined to the tail end 20 of the yarn of the second bobbin 2 through a passage hole 15 of the second guide 6. By repeating the above steps, one of the two bobbins can be replaced while continuing feeding the yarn, which eliminates the need for stopping a loom.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a method for pulling out yarn that is applied when arranging yarn drawn out from a large number of bobbins and supplying the yarn to two knitting machines, a twisting machine, etc. .

Taking the warp threads supplied to a loom as an example, they are generally supplied by unwinding the threads wound around a warping beam.1 For example, when weaving a zipper tape for a slide zipper, the warp threads are continuously shaped and shaped one after another endlessly. The leading part of the tape is then fed to the next stage, and the final piece is made into a slide fastener. In such cases, each warp thread is let out from the bobbin and supplied directly to the loom, but due to differences in the amount of thread wound on each bobbin or partial differences in the weaving structure, each bobbin runs out of thread one after another, and each time the loom is stopped and a new I am replacing it with a new bobbin.

As mentioned above, when the warp threads are unwound from the bobbin and fed directly to the loom, there is a limit to the amount of thread that can be wound around the bobbin, so the loom must be stopped each time the thread is replaced, and the more times the loom is stopped, the higher the production efficiency. In addition, the work cannot be completed simply by replacing the bobbin with a new one, and it takes time to connect the end of the previous thread to the starting end of the replaced bobbin, so the loom must be stopped during that time. There were drawbacks such as the need to keep This also applies to knitting machines, yarn twisting machines, etc.

This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its main purpose is to eliminate the need to stop the strainer for replacing the bobbin, and to enable continuous operation at all times except when other abnormalities occur. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for drawing out warp threads that allows bobbin replacement work to be carried out easily and without affecting yarn feeding during the replacement work.

The method of drawing out thread according to the present invention includes forming a pair of bobbins, tying the starting ends and ends of the thread of both bobbins to each other, and drawing out the thread from one bobbin and then from the other bobbin.
While feeding yarn from the other bobbin, replace one bobbin with a new bobbin, join the starting and ending ends of both bobbins, and draw out the yarn without interruption. The thread is supplied through a guide provided on the extension line 42, and the thread connecting the starting end and the end of the thread is passed through a guide on the bobbin side from which the thread is subsequently paid out.

Although not shown, a large number of bobbins are installed parallel to each other on a bobbin creel as in the conventional one, and among them,
As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of adjacent bobbins 1.2 are set as one set, and a first guide 4 is placed on the axis extension line 3 of the first bobbin 1.
A second guide 6 is provided on each axis extension line 5 of the second bobbin 2. The first guide 4 is configured to apply tension to the thread, but it is not necessarily necessary to do so and may be simply equipped with a zero hole. The first guide 4 shown in FIG. 0 holes 7.8 in the standing walls on both ends

Therefore, as shown in Figure A of Figure 1, the first bobbin 1 and the second bobbin
After installing the bobbin 2 in parallel, the thread starting end 17 of the first bobbin 1 is passed through the 0 hole 7 of the first guide 4, hung on the first both hooks 11 and 12 in an S-shape, and then Hang the second hooking rods 11 and 12 in an S-shape and pull them out from the 0 hole 8. On the other hand, the yarn starting end 18 of the second bobbin 2 is passed through the first through hole 14 of the second guide 6, extended, and tied to the yarn end 19 of the first bobbin 1. In this way, the thread of the first bobbin 1 is let out, and when the thread of the first bobbin 1 runs out as shown in FIG.

According to the thread drawing method according to the present invention, the first and second
The bobbins are set as a set, and the thread starting end of one of the bobbins is fed out from a first guide provided on the extension line of the axis of the first bobbin, and the thread starting end of the other bobbin is set on the extension line of the axis of the second bobbin. The thread is tied to the thread end of the bobbin that is being fed out through the second bobbin, and after the thread of one bobbin is consumed, the thread is fed from the other bobbin, and the thread is tied again as described above on the bobbins that have run out of thread. Since the system waits for the next yarn feed at the same time, it is possible to feed yarn continuously from both bobbins without interruption, and even when one bobbin runs out of yarn and is replaced with a new bobbin. This allows yarn feeding to continue, and even if the discovery of the missing thread is delayed, replacement work can be carried out without any problems.Furthermore, when tying the threads of both bobbins together, the thread being fed Since the end portions that are in a stationary state are joined together regardless of the current, there is no adverse effect on yarn feeding. Furthermore, since the thread is fed out from a guide provided on the extension line of each bobbin's axis, it is possible to ensure that the thread is fed out from any bobbin without any abnormal tension being applied to the thread, and the yarn being fed out is connected to the starting end and end. The thread connecting the two bobbins does not become entangled with each other and is smoothly and seamlessly fed out from both bobbins.
