[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a method for pulling out yarn that is applied when arranging yarn drawn out from a large number of bobbins and supplying the yarn to a loom, knitting machine, twisting machine, etc. .

Taking the warp threads supplied to a loom as an example, they are generally fed by unwinding the threads wound around a warping beam, but when weaving a fastener tape for a slide fastener, for example, the warp threads are shaped endlessly and sequentially.
The leading part of the shaped tape is sent to the next process,
Finally, it is finished into a slide fastener. In such cases, each warp thread is let out from the bobbin and fed directly to the loom, but due to differences in the winding amount of thread on each bobbin or partial differences in the weaving structure, each bobbin runs out of thread one after another, and the loom is stopped each time. I replaced it with a new bobbin.

As mentioned above, when the warp threads are unwound from the bobbin and fed directly to the loom, there is a limit to the amount of thread that can be wound around the bobbin, so the loom must be stopped each time the thread is replaced, and the more times the loom is stopped, the higher the production efficiency. In addition, the work cannot be completed simply by replacing the bobbin with a new one, and it takes time to connect the end of the previous thread to the starting end of the replaced bobbin, so the loom must be stopped during that time. There were drawbacks such as the need to keep This also applies to knitting machines, yarn twisting machines, etc.

This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its main purpose is to eliminate the need to stop the machine to replace the bobbin, and to enable continuous operation at all times except when other abnormalities occur. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for drawing out warp threads that allows bobbin replacement work to be carried out easily and without affecting yarn feeding during the replacement work.

The method of drawing out thread according to the present invention is to use a pair of bobbins as a set, tie the starting ends and ends of the thread of both bobbins to each other, draw out the thread from one bobbin and then from the other bobbin, and then draw the thread from the other bobbin. During yarn feeding, replace one bobbin with a new bobbin, join the starting and ending ends of both bobbins, and draw out the yarn without interruption. The yarn is supplied through a guide provided therein, and the yarn connecting the starting end and the end of the yarn is passed through a guide on the bobbin side from which the yarn is subsequently unwound.

Although not shown in the drawings, a large number of bobbins are installed in parallel to each other on a bobbin creel, as in the conventional bobbin creel. As shown in FIG. A first guide 4 is provided on the axis extension line 3 of the bobbin 1, and a second guide 6 is provided on the axis extension line 5 of the second bobbin 2. Although the first guide 4 is configured to apply tension to the thread, it is not necessarily necessary to do so, and it may be simply provided with an eye hole. The first shown in Figure 2
The guide 4 has eye holes 7 and 8 in the upright walls that stand up on both the front and rear ends of the board, and a pair of discs 9 and 1 on the board.
0 is horizontally rotatable, and a pair of hooking rods 11 and 12 are erected on both disks 9 and 10, respectively. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the second guide 6 raises a wire-shaped bar protruding from the support plate 13 diagonally upward, and connects the first through hole portion 14 bent downward, and the first through hole portion 14 bent downward.
A second through hole portion 15 is provided which extends downward from the through hole portion 14 and is bent upward again.
The hole is provided so as to be located on the axis extension line 5 of the second bobbin 2. Further, a gap 16 is provided between the tip extending upward from the second through hole portion 15 and the base of the bar.

On the other hand, the yarn starting end 18 of the second bobbin 2 is passed through the first through hole 14 of the second guide 6, extended, and tied to the yarn end 19 of the first bobbin 1. In this way, the thread of the first bobbin 1 is paid out, and the thread of the first bobbin 1 is

While the thread is being unwound from the second bobbin 2, a new first bobbin 1' is inserted as shown in Fig. 1C.
After installing the thread starting end 17' of the bobbin 1',
It is tied to the thread end 20 of the second bobbin 2 which is being fed out through the second through hole 15 of the guide 6.
When the thread in the second bobbin 2 runs out, the lines D and E in Figure 1
As shown in the figure, the thread slips out from the second guide 6,
The thread is let out from the replaced first bobbin 1'.
During this time, the second bobbin 2 is replaced with a new one as shown in Fig. 1A, and the threads are tied together in the same manner as described above.

According to the thread drawing method according to the present invention, the first
and a second bobbin as a set, the yarn starting end of either bobbin is fed out from the first guide provided on the axis extension line of the first bobbin, and the yarn starting end of the other bobbin is fed out on the axis axis extension line of the second bobbin. The thread is tied to the end of the bobbin being fed out through the second bobbin provided in the second bobbin, and after the thread of one bobbin is consumed, the thread is fed from the other bobbin, and the bobbins that have run out of thread are sequentially re-operated as described above. By tying the threads together and waiting for the next thread to be fed, it is possible to feed thread continuously from both bobbins without interruption, and when one bobbin runs out of thread, it can be replaced with a new bobbin. Even when the yarn is running out, yarn feeding continues, and even if the discovery of the missing yarn is delayed, the replacement work can be carried out without any problems. Since the ends that are in a stationary state are joined together regardless of the yarn being fed, there is no adverse effect on the yarn feeding. Furthermore, since the thread is fed out from a guide provided on the extension line of the axis of each bobbin, it is possible to ensure that the thread is fed out from any bobbin without any abnormal tension being applied to the thread, and the yarn being fed out is connected to the starting end and end. The thread connecting the two bobbins does not become entangled with each other and is smoothly and seamlessly fed out from both bobbins.
