Claims (1)
- 実験装置等の宇宙基地装置の発する熱を吸熱さ
せるためのコールドプレートを、上記装置の方向
へ変位自在に配置し、且つ上記コールドプレート
を上記装置に押し付けるための金属ベローズを備
え、該金属ベローズに内圧をかけ得るようにして
なることを特徴とするコールドプレート圧着装置
。
