Claims (1)
- 機器の制御回路に供給する低圧側電源出力と、
駆動回路に供給する高圧側電源出力とを出力する
電源回路を有し、かつ前記低圧側電源を出力した
後に遅れて前記電圧側電源を出力するための、抵
抗とコンデンサとより成る時定数回路を備えた電
源シーケンス回路において、前記時定数回路と抵
抗と並列にダイオードを配設したことを特徴とす
る電源シーケンス回路。
