らなる振動子と、この振動子のスパンバンドに張
力を付加する張力付加手段とを備えたカルマン渦
流量計において、前記張力付加手段として板ばね
を用いたことを特徴とするカルマン渦流量計。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項の流量計にお
いて、前記板ばねは一枚の板片から成り、一端部
が固定端として用いられ、中間部がその一端部に
対して一方向に若干折曲げられ、かつ他端部が同
方向にさらに折曲げられており、そしてその折曲
げられた他端部においては丸みを持つた折返し部
が形成され、この折返し部が前記スパンバンドに
当接させられることを特徴とするカルマン渦流量

において、前記板ばねの他端部に形成された折曲
げ部には補強リブが形成されていることを特徴と
