Claims (1)
- 冷媒ガスを液化させるコールドボツクスの真空
層と液化した冷媒ガスを貯蔵するデユワーの真空
層とを連通させ、液化した冷媒ガスを前記コール
ドボツクス外へ移送する移送配管と液化した冷媒
ガスをデユワーへ移送する移送配管とを、脱着可
能な継手を介して連結したことを特徴とする極低
温液化冷凍装置。
