Claims (1)
- 処理台の上方をその前面を開口した処理室に形
成し、該処理室の気体を外部へ排気すると共に、
前記開口部にエア吹出口を設け外部から取入れる
空気により当該開口部にエアカーテンを形成する
ようにしたドラフトチヤンバーに於て、エアカー
テン用の空気の取入口と開口部におけるエア吹出
口の間に、温度調節装置を挿入し、取入れた外気
を温度制御したエアとして吹出すようにしたこと
を特徴とするエアカーテン付ドラフトチヤンバー
。
