This means that the outer tank 5 is suspended by four suspension rods 3, and the suspension rod 3 from which the motor 8, drive unit 10, etc. are all suspended receives the entire load of 174 on one suspension rod 3. become. In order to fully measure the weight of the laundry loaded into the washing tub 6, it is accurate to capture the change in the load applied to the hanging rod 3 without any uncertainties. To explain using the detailed diagrams of the cloth amount sensor in Figures 3 to 6,
The spherical receiver formed in a concave shape on the corner plate 2 is part 2a.
Ashi, this ball hole shape is almost the same as the ball hole shape, and the part SS
The support 58 with a has a suitable hole 58d in the center.
At the bottom of the slider i53 that engages with the rod 3, there is a structure in which the rod 3 can be hooked into the window formed by the rod storage window 53b and the rod receiver 53G.
The sliding portion 53a extending upwardly is loosely engaged with the through hole 58d, and has a threaded portion 53d at its upper end, and the threaded portion 408 of the adjustment knob 40 is engaged with the threaded portion 53d. A ring-shaped magnetic body 38 is located in the cylindrical portion 40C of the adjustment knob 40, and is supported by a magnetic body locking claw 49b. 4
6 is a coil spring, 47 is a spring seat, one end of which is located together with the spring seat 47 on the lower surface of the through hole 58d of the support body 58, and the other upper end is located at the end of the magnetic material locking claw 42 of the adjustment screw 40. . Therefore, the slider 53 is inserted into the through hole 58d of the support body 58.
It is slidable together with an adjustment knob 40 having a magnetic material 38 therein against the spring reaction force of a coil spring 46. 33 is a differential transformer, and a bobbin 36 has a primary coil 34 and a secondary coil 3.
5. It further has a terminal 37 which is a connection part for the electric wire 48. The inner diameter of the bobbin 36 is secured to an outer wall 58b of the support body 58, and the bobbin 36 is locked by a bobbin locking claw 58C. 44
A protective cover surrounds the adjustment knob 40 and the bobbin 37, and a protective cover locking claw 45 is locked and supported at the end of the bobbin 37.

To explain how to assemble these or incorporate them into a washing machine, the bobbin 37 holding the coil etc. is locked on the support 58, the slider 53 is passed through from the bottom of the hole 58a, and the spring seat 47 and the coil spring 46 are inserted upward. The cloth amount sensor is twisted in place and the adjustment screw 40 holding the magnetic body 38 is secured, and the zero point is adjusted in advance using the adjustment screw 40 as a single cloth amount sensor. The suspension rod 3, including the anti-vibration spring 4, is attached to the outer tank 5, and then placed in the outer frame 1, and the spherical receiver of the corner plate 2 is inserted into the lower opening of the section 2a so that the suspension rod receiver 24-karat gold is exposed. The hanging rod 3 is hooked, or conversely, the hanging rod 3 is lifted up to the top surface of the corner plate V-) 2 and the hanging rod holder 24 is hooked, so the cloth amount sensor 17 is also hooked in the same operation. It can engage with the rod 3.

The pressure sensor 18 also has a diaphragm and a differential transformer 33 similar to the cloth amount sensor 17, and detects the pressure by the change in the water position transmitted through the pressure transmission tube. As shown in FIG. 9, this is an analog sensor in which the voltage induced in the secondary coil 35 changes linearly with the so-called displacement t(,) when the magnetic body 3g approaches the secondary coil 35.

,,? 4) For one washing cycle in the J'' electrical circuit, open the 7''3 and put the laundry, close the lid 23 and turn on the power switch and selection switch. The fabric sensor 17 is first driven and the weight of the fabric is detected. Measure. Based on this measured value, a preset amount of water to be supplied into the washing tub is determined, and an appropriate amount of detergent is also determined to shorten the power application time of the detergent supply driving source. Next, the water supply pulp 15 is adjusted to q<m, and the amount of water supply is detected by the pressure sensor 13 and stopped at a specified amount. Next, the detergent supply drive source is driven to supply detergent, and then the agitation blades 7 are driven.

Here, when the cloth sensor 17 exceeds the amount of mosquito cloth that can be washed by a washing machine, it notifies that the amount of cloth is too large and does not proceed to the next step. The confirmation display 20 is designed to be easily visible for the operator and the user to monitor the amount of detergent, since the detergent is automatically added, so it is not advisable to proceed to the next process without adding the detergent. It is set in a certain position.

The pressure sensor 18 converts the predetermined amount of water supply, so-called the water level of the water accumulated in the outer tank 5, into pressure, and when the water supply valve is closed at a predetermined pressure (water level), 1.
When the washing process begins, the items to be washed become immersed in water by the agitation blades 7, and the water level may drop below the initially set level. This varies significantly depending on the type of laundry to be washed.
As shown in the figure. In addition to this, during washing, the so-called stirring wing 7
After repeating this operation for one minute, for example, the water level is measured again using the pressure sensor 18 and the drop is cut out. In order to obtain the optimum water level (appropriate water level and movement of the cloth by the stirring blade are optimal), start the water supply process again. This occurs because the type of fabric that causes a large drop in water level is bulky and has no excess weight, and the movement of the fabric is optimized by re-supplying all of the water. There is no need for any action to reduce the water level. Therefore, the type of cloth, so-called "gasa", can be determined in a two-step process: initially measuring the weight with a cloth amount sensor, and then checking the degree of water level drop with a pressure sensor after stirring. Is possible.

Next, in the rinsing step, the time is automatically set depending on the amount of detergent added. This is determined by the amount of water used to dilute the amount of detergent and the separation time from the cloth.

According to the present invention, without changing the conventional washing procedure, each sensor automatically determines the appropriate amount of water and detergent, and the water level decreases due to stirring. This allows us to provide a washing machine with a completely new function, which also determines the type of fabric and adjusts the water level to a more appropriate level before operation. There are significant resource and energy savings from wasteful washing.
