- 電子ビーム発生室と溶接室などの真空容器と真
空排気系とを有する電子ビーム溶接室において、
真空排気系に設けられたエアーバルブと、これが
接続されている真空容器との間に乾燥熱風発生装
置を設けたことを特徴とする電子ビーム溶接機。
