Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to ignite steadily without positioning a burner cap by a method wherein a discharging is made from an igniting plug to a protruded bar which is provided on the outer periphery under surface of the burner cap. CONSTITUTION:A protruded bar 3 is provided throughout to the outer periphery under surface o a burner cap 1 for a gas cooking stove, an igniting plug 2 is fixed to position the top end of the igniting plug 2 facing to the under side of the protruded bar 3. Further, a slit-shaped flame hole line 4 is provided on the burner cap 1, a gas is injected from the flame hole line 4, a part of the gas is passed between the protruded bar 3 and the igniting plug 2. By discharging between the protruded bar 3 and the igniting plug 2 at the gas passing thereto, the burner is enabled to ignite directly without using a pilot burner and the like.

出するガス混合気にダイレクト着火をなしていた。この
場合、バーナキャップ1の突部ICと点火プラグ2は放
電距離を確保する為、位置合わせが必要で、それにはバ
ーナキャップ1の位置決めが必要である。又、点火プラ
グ2の固定時のズレや、バーナキャンプ1の位置決めの
ズレにより放電距離のズ、 しを生じ、従って点火ミス
を告する等、種々問題があった。
