に点火プラグ2であて、板バネ3を取付板1へ引
つかけ点火プラグ2を押しながらねじ4で締めつ
け固定する。そしてその点火プラグユニツト5を
取付ベース2〜3〜2本の他のねじ10により締
めつけバーナボデー6を点火プラグユニツト5の
上から挿入し、あらかじめ固定してあるミキスト
パイプ7へ置きバーナキヤツプ8と放電極9との
放電距離を適正距離に保つ構成であつた。この従
来の構成では放電極9とがいして2aとの接着方
法、放電極9の先端の90°曲げ加工等に精度が要
求されコストアツプにつならがり、また取付板1
の2個のネジ孔と取付ベース3のネジ孔の寸法の
ずれ等により適正な放電距離が保つてなくなり、
点火不良となつたり、放電距離を保つために構成
部品点数がふえることによる組立工数のアツプ等
の問題があつた。

め、さらに前記歯車状の板材の歯の先端を前記炎
孔近傍のバーナボデイと放電距離を設定して配置
したものである。

め部6aを点火プラグユニツトの上から挿入しあ
らかじめ固定されているミキストパイプ7へ置き
バーナキヤツプ9と板材11との放電距離を容易
に適正に保つ構成としたものである。この放電極
の陽極である板材11とバーナキヤツプaとは従
来例のような方向決めは必要なく、360°の自由な
取付けが可能であり、また取付けもスプリング1
6の反ぱつ力を取付けベース3を介しばね性を有
した線材17により固定するだけで従来使用して
いた第1図におけるビス4,10の3本は不必要
となり組立工数の低減にもなつている。
