Claims (1)

燃料を気化させる気化器と、気化ガスを燃焼させるバーナヘッドと、バーナヘッドの炎孔部と所定距離を隔てて設けられた点火プラグおよび炎検知棒と、前記気化器を収容するバーナケースと、前記点火プラグおよび炎検知棒を前記バーナケースに取り付ける固定金具とを備え、前記点火プラグおよび炎検知棒と固定金具をあらかじめ一体化して前記バーナケースに取り付けるようにした燃焼装置において、前記点火プラグおよび炎検知棒と固定金具は、前記固定金具に形成されたバーリング挿通孔に前記点火プラグおよび炎検知棒の碍子部をそれぞれ挿通し、接着または圧入もしくはカシメ等によりあらかじめ一体化されるとともに、前記バーナケースにバーリング取付穴を形成し、このバーリング取付穴に前記固定金具のバーリング挿通孔を遊嵌させるようにしたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 A vaporizer for vaporizing fuel; a burner head for burning vaporized gas; a spark plug and a flame detection rod provided at a predetermined distance from a flame hole of the burner head; a burner case for housing the vaporizer; A combustion apparatus comprising: a fixing bracket that attaches the ignition plug and the flame detection rod to the burner case; and the ignition plug and the flame detection rod and the fixing bracket that are integrated in advance and attached to the burner case.
