の他端側上方に設けられた第2のスプロケツトを
有する油圧式速度制御シリンダと、上記第1及び
第2のスプロケツトに纏い掛けされ、両端が各々
引戸の一部に固着されて環状をなすチエンとから
なり、上記第1のスプロケツトに、引戸を閉鎖方
向に付勢するための回転トルクを第1のスプロケ
ツトに付与し、かつ、この回転トルクが調整可能
なスパイラルスプリングを内蔵したことを特徴と
