Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空気圧縮機から吐出された高温圧縮空気を
    冷凍サイクルの冷却器により冷却除湿して冷却除
    湿圧縮空気としたのち、再加熱して装置外に供給
    する圧縮空気除湿装置において、高温圧縮空気と
    冷却除湿圧縮空気とが熱交換するアフタークーラ
    と、該アフタークーラにおいて予冷された高温圧
    縮空気と冷却除湿圧縮空気とが熱交換する一次熱
    交換器と、冷凍サイクルの高温吐出ガス冷媒と冷
    却除湿圧縮空気とが熱交換する二次熱交換器とを
    備え、冷却除湿圧縮空気が、一次熱交換器、二次
    熱交換器、アフタークーラにおいて、それぞれ再
    加熱されたのち供給されるように構成したことを
    特徴とする圧縮空気除湿装置。 (2) 二次熱交換器が、冷却フアンの送風路に配
    設された冷凍サイクルの冷媒凝縮パイプと該凝縮
    パイプの風下側に伝熱フインを介して凝縮パイプ
    と一体に設けられた冷却除湿空気パイプとから構
    成されている請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 (3) 冷却除湿圧縮空気が、一次熱交換室、二次
    熱交換室、アフタークーラの順に通過して再加熱
    される請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の装置。 (4) 冷却除湿圧縮空気が、一次熱交換室、アフ
    タークーラ、二次熱交換室の順に通過して再加熱
    される請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の装置。
