にスイツチまたはスイツチング素子によつて制御
されるようにした電源において、 前記充電時に充電電流が共通に流れるラインに

間タツプを介して交流電圧が印加されるチヨーク

スイツチ手段、 前記電源から出力される交流電圧又は前記放電
コンデンサの充電電圧を検出する手段、 および少なくとも該手段から検出された電圧が
