Vehicles in snowy regions have measures against snow such as spiked tires, snow tires, and anti-skid chains, but spiked tires are the most commonly used. However, these spiked tires cannot adapt to the various snow conditions mentioned above, and scrape the road surface, becoming a major cause of so-called vehicle dust pollution.

It is composed of a piston rod-shaped pin body 6. Therefore, in this base portion 2, a circular hole 2C into which a pin body 3 is inserted is provided at the axis of an upper lid 2B fixed to the upper surface of the cylinder body 2A. A piston-shaped disk 6A is fixed to the lower end of the pin body 3 inserted through the circular hole 2C.

By adding an additive to the liquid 4, the temperature at which the liquid freezes and expands can be adjusted to a desired temperature in a range other than 0°C, such as +2°C to -2°C. .

It becomes stuck inside the tire. In this case, the pin body 3 does not protrude onto the tread surface even if centrifugal force is exerted by the rubber pressure of the tire.

ピン体はタイヤ内に埋没することになる。C. When the road surface temperature is 0°C and the vehicle is driven at low speed in snowy or icy conditions, the liquid in the rubber bag freezes and expands, causing spikes to protrude from the tire tread surface. However, even if the road surface temperature is the same, it is possible to drive at high speeds when the asphalt road surface is exposed, and if you drive long distances in this condition, the liquid in the rubber bag will defrost and contract due to the frictional heat of the tires.
The pin body will be buried within the tire.
