Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 除滓すべき溶湯を収容した容器の上端部を
覆うべく構成され、かつ傾動自在に配置された蓋
部材； 気体吹込み用の浸漬型ランスおよびランス昇降
装置から成り、前記蓋部材に取り付けられたバブ
リング装置； 内部に負圧を発生させて一端から溶融スラグを
吸引するノズルおよび該ノズルの昇降・支持装置
から成り、前記蓋部材に取り付けられたスラグ除
去機構；および 前記ノズルの他端に連通し、吸引されたスラグ
を捕捉、回収するスラグ捕集装置、 を備えた蓋式除滓装置。 (2) スラグ破砕用ローラ、ローラ駆動装置およ
びローラ昇降、支持装置から成り、前記蓋部材に
取り付けられたスラグ破砕装置をさらに備えた、
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 (3) 前記スラグ除去機構を前記蓋部材の偏心位
置に取り付けた、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
または第２項に記載の装置。 (4) 前記スラグ除去機構を前記蓋部材の傾動中
心に近接した位置に取り付けた、実用新案登録請
求の範囲第３項記載の装置。 (5) 前記スラグ除去機構と前記バブリング装置
とを前記蓋部材の中心部を中心に離間対向した位
置にそれぞれ取り付けた、実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項ないし第４項のいずれかに記載の装置。
