整器24て湿度を検出すると共に、外部吸入弁機構25
に連絡させるか又は手動によって開度をコントロールし
て密閉され減圧状態にある乾燥容器9内の換気を減圧状
態を保ちながら中梁工程を継続する。

気は前記循環加熱回路を介して整流加熱された減圧熱風
空気流となり乾燥容器内部に収納される製茶中柔機の熱
風吹込口より製茶中柔喫の内部に吐出され、内部で回転
するより手等により柔圧を受けながら拡散する茶葉の水
分を蒸発させながら熱風は湿度を増し、製茶中柔機の排
気口より乾燥容器内部に排気される循環を繰返す。また
乾燥容器もしくは前記循環加熱回路に付設され外部と通
ずる外気吸入弁機構は、循環する熱風空気流の湿度又は
温度もしくはその両方を検出する湿度調整器及び温度調
整器と連絡して開閉され又は手動にて開閉される事によ
り、前記外気吸入弁機構の開度に応じて外気を乾燥容器
内外の気圧差により乾燥容器内部もしくは循環加熱回路
に外部より吸入し乾燥容器内部の減圧状態を維持しなが
ら乾燥容器に付設される排風機により外部よりの吸入空
気量に相当する乾燥容器内部の空気を蒸発水分と共に乾
燥容器外部に排出する事を特徴とする製茶中柔方法。
