    ンプリングラインに発酵液サンプル採取第１バル
    ブおよびサンプル採取第２バルブを設け、該発酵
    液サンプル採取第１バルブとサンプル採取第２バ
    ルブ間に加熱殺菌用のスチームラインを設けて無
    菌的に発酵液サンプルを採取する発酵液サンプル
    採取装置において、前記サンプリングラインの発
    酵液サンプル採取第１バルブとサンプル採取第２
    バルブ間に無菌空気ラインを接続し、前記サンプ
    リングラインとサンプル採取ポツトユニツトおよ
    びドレンラインとをカツプラーを介して着脱可能
    に接続したことを特徴とする発酵槽の無菌的発酵
    液サンプル採取装置。
