クラツチと、このパウダクラツチに励磁電流を供
給する電源装置と、この電源装置により供給され
る励磁電流量を前記パウダクラツチにより電動機
から所定動力が伝達されるように設定する励磁電
流設定手段と、前記パウダクラツチにおけるスリ
ツプ量を検出するスリツプ検出器と、前記パウダ
クラツチにより駆動装置に伝達された動力を測定
する動力測定器と、この動力測定器により測定さ
れた動力値が前記所定動力値末満である場合に前
記スリツプ検出器にて検出されたスリツプ量が零
となる如く前記励磁電流設定手段にて設定された
励磁電流量を制御する励磁電流制御手段とを具備
