を、前記トーシヨンスプリングの内側に回動可能
に収納すると共に、前記コアの切欠きの空間内に
ピニオンと一体的に形成されたストツパプレート
のツメ部を挿入し、更に前記トーシヨンスプリン
グの一方のフツク部を前記コアの切欠きにおける
一方の側端部に係合可能にし、又前記トーシヨン
スプリングの他方のフツク部を前記コアの切欠き
における他方の側端部に係合可能としたブレーキ
機構において、前記ツメ部と前記コアとの間にト
ーシヨンスプリングを介在させたことを特徴とす
