る如くトーションスプリングを装着し、切欠きが刻設さ
れたハンドル軸側のコアを、前記トーションスプリング
の内側に回動可能に収納すると共に、前記コアの切欠き
の空間内にピニオン側のツメ部を挿入し、更に前記トー
ションスプリングの一端側を前記コアの切欠きにおける
一方の側端部に保合可能にし、又前記トーションスプリ
ングの他端側を前記コアの切欠きにおける他方の側端部
に係合可能にし、前記ツメ部の表面に緩衝部材を配し、
該緩衝部材を介してツメ部が前記トーションスプリング
