a welding chamber having a first guide therein in which a welding atmosphere is kept in vacuum; a substrate portion provided in this welding chamber and having a sealing material; a second guide provided in this substrate portion;
a slide base that is movable along a guide and seals the inside and outside of the welding chamber while sliding the sealing material; an electron gun; and an electron gun that is provided coaxially with the electron gun on the inside of the welding chamber and generates electrons from the electron gun. an electron gun device having a deflection coil for deflecting a beam and mounted almost perpendicularly to the slide base; and an electron gun device fitted in the welding chamber to deflect the electrons along a first guide in the welding chamber. An electron beam welding device that is movable together with a gun device and includes a spatter prevention plate that prevents welding spatter on the slide base from scattering.
