  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 焼結原料を原料槽から原料装入シユートを介し
    て無端状パレツト上に傾斜面を形成するようにし
    て供給する焼結原料の供給装置において、 上記原料の傾斜面に対して開口するマイクロ波
    照射、蒸気吸引兼用フードを配設し、このフード
    に接続したマイクロ波導波管の端部にマイクロ波
    発生装置を設け、このマイクロ波導波管にマイク
    ロ波遮蔽格子を内設した蒸気吸引管を接続し、こ
    の吸引管端部にブロワーを配設してなることを特
    徴とする焼結原料の供給装置。
