置において、前記スプールにフランジ部を設ける
とともにバルブケーシング内に前記フランジ部外
周面に出入可能なロツクシリンダ機構を設け、ロ
ツクシリンダ機構には前記油圧ポンプと連通する
油路を接続し、かつこの油路には流路開閉をなす
アンロードバルブを介装し、該アンロードバルブ
を前記パワーシリンダに取付けたストロークセン
サ等の外部信号により作動させることを特徴とす
