〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はナツトを締める又は緩めるところに於いて使用
するスパナに関fるものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のこの種の装置はナツトを回すトルクを得る為にそ
の回転中心から柄を延ばすように構成されていた。
〔解決すべき問題点〕
上記従来例に、よれば、スパナを柄により回転させるた
め、必要トルクの大小に拘らず、ある角度以上の回転で
は、スパナをナツトから外す8彎が有り作業効率が悪か

本発明は上記問題点を解決した本のであり、柄のない比
較的大形状のケースに、半径方向のナツト通り口と該通
り口の奥のナツト受け部とを設け、更に前記通り口の両
側、に、前記ナツト受部に収納されたナツトを固定する
一対のばね機構を設けた構成とし念ものである。
第1図は本発明に係るスパナの一実施例とナツトとを示
す平面図、鉱2図は上記スパナに上記ナツトが途中まで
入った状態の一部切截平面図、第3図(2)、(Rは夫
々上記スパナに上記ナツトが定位eVC納まった状態の
一部切截平面図及び縦断面図である。
図中、スパナ11f′i、柄を有さないケース11一対
のばね機構2.フタ3.半径方向のナツトの通り口4.
ナツトの受け部としての定位置5.[!擦を持たせた周
囲6を有する。又7はナツトである。
この様に構成されたスパナ11によりナツト7を回す際
の動作は下記の通りである。
スパナ11を移動させ、相対的にナツト7をナツトの通
り口4から定位置5方向へ入れて行くと、一対のばね機
構2Fi第2図の如くばね手段(図示せず)K抗して拡
開される。その後第3図(4)、 (Blの如くナツト
7はナットア定位置5へと納まり一対のばね機構2が戻
ってその爪部2aにより固定される。この為、ナツト7
は引き抜く力を加えない限り本スパナ11を放れる事は
なく、摩擦を持たせた周囲6を回す事によりナツト7を
締める又は緩める事が出来る。
この様な構造になっているのでワンタッチでナツト7の
着脱が出来、且つスパナ11をナツト7から外れる事な
く片手で連続に近い状態で回す事が出来、作業効率が高
い。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明した如く、本発明は、柄のない比較的大形状の
ケースに対しナツトの通り口を介してナツトを定位置ま
で収納すると共に、一対のばね機構によりナツトを抜け
ないよう固定するようにしているため、ケースをもって
ナツトを連続的に回すことができ、スパナを外す必要が
ないので、作業効率を向上しえ、父上記ばね機構により
ナツトが外れるおそれが々〈なり、一層作業性を向上し
え、例えば機械加工での組み立て作業や通信機器で使用
する高周波コネクタの着脱作業等の比較的小トルクの作
