第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す構成図、第２
図は従来の炉のラジアントチユーブ近傍の断面図
である。 図中１は鋼帯、２はラジアントチユーブ、２ａ
はそのバーナ部、２ｂはその出口、３はレキユペ
レータ、４は主バーナ、６は予熱空気管、１６は
冷却用空気、２０は冷却用空気送入口、２１は冷
却用空気遮断弁、２２は冷却用空気ヘツダである
。

Claims (1)
- 薄鋼板等の連続熱処理に使用するラジアントチ
ユーブ炉において、該炉のラジアントチユーブに
設けられた予熱空気管に冷却用空気の送入口を設
けるとともに上記冷却用空気のための遮断弁とヘ
ツダを設けて、炉の冷却用空気をレキユペレータ
を経由せず直接ほぼ常温のままラジアントチユー
ブ内に供給しうるように構成したことを特徴とす
るラジアントチユーブ炉の急冷装置。
