よるレーザ発振作用を行う少なくとも一対の共振
器ミラーと上記放電電極に放電電力を供給する電
源とを備えたガスレーザ発振器において、上記複
数のピン電極は真直な棒状体になりかつ他方の電
極との離間距離が任意に調節可能に絶縁隔壁に取
り付けられたことを特徴とするガスレーザ発振器
