装置において、上記水供給系の出口側配管の上流
側と上記フアンコイルユニツトの入口側とをバイ
パスする第1の分岐配管および、上記水供給系の
出口側配管の下流側と上記フアンコイルユニツト
の出口側とをバイパスする第2の分岐配管を設け
る一方、第1の分岐配管を介して熱源側水熱交換
器の出口側とフアンコイルユニツトの入口側、第
2の分岐配管を介してフアンコイルユニツトの出
口側と出口配管の下流側を連通させる流路切換手
