し、上記発熱体で高温となつた流体が上記コール
ドプレートを経由するよう高温側配管を設け、且
つ上記冷却水配管の供給側に切換弁を介して接続
した流路を、冷却水配管の排出側に接続してその
途中にポンプを備え、更に冷却水が蓄熱器を通る
系統と該蓄熱器を通らないでポンプを通る系統と
に切り換えるための開閉弁を備えたことを特徴と
