Claims (1)
ヤフトが回転自在に設けられ、このローターシヤ
フトには、金属薄板から成るロータープレートが
固設されており、また前記基板に設けられた支柱
には、金属薄板で、且つ表面が誘電体によつて被
覆されたステータープレートが、ロータープレー
トに対し小間隙に対向して一端が固設された小型
バリコンにおいて、前記ステータープレートの固
設されていない自由端の形状に概略沿つて当接す
る絶縁部材を設け、当該絶縁部材の一端は前記基
板に設けられた支柱によつて挟持されていること
を特徴とする小型バリコン。 A rotor shaft is rotatably provided between a pair of opposing substrates, and a rotor plate made of a thin metal plate is fixedly attached to the rotor shaft.
