図において１はタンク、２はタンク、３は
ブツシング、１９は膨脹室、２０は容器、３１は
絶縁部材、４０は絶縁容器、４１は絶縁部材のカ
バー、４２は絶縁部材の側壁、４３は絶縁部材の
底板、５１は導電部材である。なお、各図中同一
