Claims (1)
- 複数の階層からなり、かつ、清浄空気雰囲気中にある作
業室と、この作業室に通じる複数の物品出入口を持つ共
通の通路と、該共通の通路内を昇降する昇降機とによっ
て、異なる階の作業室の間で物品を受け渡しする物品搬
送装置において、作業室と昇降機の間で物品を出入りさ
せる際、物品出入口から昇降機の通路内に通じる隙間を
塞ぐエアーバッグを昇降機の開閉部の周囲に設けたこと
を特徴とする物品搬送装置。
