て変位修正指令を与える制御回路と、変位修正指
令に応じて電力を供給するパワーアンプと、アン
プにより電力供給を受ける電磁石とにより回転軸
のラジアル方向位置を一定ならしめる吸引制御型
ラジアル磁気軸受装置において、非接触変位計の
先端を、ステータコア内面より引込めて設け、検
出面をロータコア面とほぼ同じ径であるがわずか
