、放電時は各放電用コンデンサが直列になるよう
に、スイツチ又はスイツチング素子によつて制御
されるようにした放電装置用電源において、放電
装置にトリガ用の電圧を供給するためのトリガコ
ンデンサ、該トリガコンデンサと前記放電用コン
デンサの充電回路の一部に接続された電流制限抵
抗を具備し、前記トリガコンデンサが該電流制限
抵抗を介して、前記放電用コンデンサと並列に充
電されるようにしたことを特徴とする放電装置用
