Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust necessary clearances and to enable a simple and swift adhesive working by sticking an elastic sheet to the main jig. CONSTITUTION:A 1st elastic sheet 7 and a 2nd elastic sheet 8 are stuck to the external surface section of the main body 6 and the external surface of the whole of the jig 5 is made to be stuck completely to the internal surface of the internal container 3. The sheets 7, 8 can be cut sufficiently with scissors and adhered easily and securely by adhesive agent, etc. and so, treated without requiring much time and labor. Further, the container shell 1 can be prevented from flaws although any surface treatment is not given after sticking. Therefore, cost can be saved. Small difference in the dimension of the sheet can be absorbed by elasticity. Further, when the sheets 7, 8 are provided as they are projected outward, the internal container 3 can be free from deformation due to the residual blowing pressure of the foamed heat insulating material 4 after the internal container 3 is separated from the jig 5. Since the sheets 7, 8 are elastic, the container shell 1 can be set or removed easily.

Conventionally, refrigerator boxes, for example, have been manufactured by injecting a foamed insulating material such as foamed polyurethane in the form of a undiluted solution into a cylindrical shell consisting of an outer box, an inner box, etc., and then foam-filling the material. In the case of this product, when foaming the foamed heat insulating material, the cylindrical shell is placed in a jig, and the jig receives the foaming pressure (to prevent deformation of the cylindrical shell. The jig is manufactured separately from the cylindrical shell, so a gap is likely to occur between the jig and the cylindrical shell, and if left as is, the cylindrical shell in that gap will deform. cause problems.

Among the gap adjustment methods that are silently performed as described above, those that build up hardened resin have the problem that it takes a long time for the resin to harden, while those that remove the jig and attach another part have the problem that it takes a long time to harden. There was a problem that processing was time-consuming.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be explained.
In the figure, 1 is a heat insulator, such as a shell of a refrigerator box, 2 is an outer box, 3 is an inner box, and 4 is an inside of the shell 1 consisting of the outer box 2, inner box 3, etc. This is a foam insulation material that is injected as a undiluted solution and then filled with foam. On the other hand, 5 is a jig for the spermatophore 1, particularly the inner box 3, and 6 is the jig body.

7 is a part A in FIG.
The first elastic sheet 8 is pasted as shown in the figure, and the second elastic sheet 8 is pasted on the entire outer surface of the jig main body 6, covering the first elastic sheet 7. For example 1~
It is made of felt having a thickness of 3 (mm), and these allow the outer surface of the jig 5 to fit closely with the inner surface of the inner box 3.

As described above, in this embodiment, the first elastic sheet 7 and the second elastic sheet 8 are attached to the outer surface of the jig main body 6, so that the outer surface of the entire jig 5 is covered with the inner box 3. The elastic sheet 7.8 is made to fit closely with the inner surface, and cutting can be done with scissors, and attachment can be done easily and reliably using adhesives, so it does not take much time to process. It does not require much time and effort, and furthermore, it can prevent scratches on the seminal shell 1 without any surface treatment after pasting, which further reduces processing time and costs. savings can be achieved. Also, according to the elastic sheet 7.8,
Even if there is a slight difference in size, this can be absorbed by the elasticity, and therefore processing can be made easier.

In addition, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the first elastic sheet 7 and the second elastic sheet 8 are pasted outward at the same location as (front)). By doing so, it is possible to anticipate the deformation of the foamed heat insulating material 4 due to the residual foaming pressure after the inner box 3 is separated from the jig 5, and to deform it inward in advance. In other words, deformation can be eliminated. In this case, although the illustrated portion is in a so-called undercut state, since the elastic sheet 7.8 has elasticity, the sperm shell 1 can be set and removed without any problem.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and in particular, the heat insulating body is not limited to the box of a refrigerator, but may also be a box or door of a hot storage. ,
Further, the elastic sheet may be made of an elastic material other than felt, and other changes may be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.
