いる。然しながらこのものに於いては、型セツト
状態で固定型2の両端面部より外側に出た可動型
3,3による段差のための空間5,5の分、内箱
4は押えられず、ためにそこが発泡断熱材6によ
る発泡圧に耐え切れずに図中二点鎖線で示すよう
に凹み変形するという問題点があつた。

とができる。又この場合、板厚の小なる補助型1
1,11だけでは発泡断熱材6の発泡圧に而え切
れず、内箱4の奥面部特にその中央部分のわん曲
変形等を生ずるところとなるが、然し上記構成の
ものに於いてはその補助型11,11を所定厚さ
の固定型10に加えてその両側方に張出すように
設けているため、結局、発泡断熱材6の発泡圧に
も充分耐え内箱4の奥面部のわん曲変形等を生じ
ることはない。
