Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）（ａ）噴流を形成させる為のオリフイス孔を少な
    くとも１個有するオリフイス板と、少なくとも１個の液
    体導入口と、伝達すべき振動を乱さない第１の膜とを有
    する液体容器と、（ｂ）前記第１の膜を介して前記液体
    容器の反対側に位置し、且つ前記第１の膜を含む壁以外
    の壁面に、少なくとも１個の媒体導入口と、前記第１の
    膜と異なる受圧面積を有し、伝達すべき振動を乱さない
    第２の膜とを有する媒体容器と、 （Ｃ）前記第２の膜及び媒体容器を貫き、１端が前記第
    １の膜に固定され、他端が振動発生機に連結された振動
    伝達軸と、 （ｄ）振動発生機 とにより構成されることを特徴とする、振動を利用した
    均一液滴生成装置。
  2. （２）振動を乱さない膜が、半板状の膜、断面が波形に
    形成された膜、ベローズより選ばれた実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の装置。
  3. （３）振動を乱さない膜の材質が、合成樹脂、ゴム、金
    属の単独又はそれらの複合体である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項または第２項記載の装置。
  4. （４）振動発生機が動電型加振機である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
  5. （５）媒体が気体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    艷載の装置。
  6. （６）第２の藤の受圧面積が第１の膜の受圧面積より小
    さい実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
