Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide complete seal, by a method wherein a groove line, filled with a sealer, is formed in the joint of the one panel, a projection line, engaged with the groove line, is formed on the joint of the other panel, and this causes integral continuity of the sealer. CONSTITUTION:A groove line 23 in a panel 3 is filled with a sealer 60 in a manner that the groove line is heaped up with the sealer, and a projection line 36 is engaged with the groove line 23. An upper surface 3a of the short side of the panel 3 is joined with an under surface 6b of the short side of a panel 6, and a bolt 56 is inserted and tightened by means of a nut 57. The sealer 60 flows over the groove line 23 resulting from engagement of the projection strips 36 with the groove line 23, and a gap at the joint is entirely sealed with the overflowing sealer 60. This enables reliable and entire sealing of the joint, facilitates setting of the panel, and ensures precise positioning of the panel, resulting in the possibility to improve the efficiency of a joining work.

(Conventional technology) In a panel-assembled basement, it is essential to ensure sealing properties, especially watertightness, at panel joints. 6 (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional sealing structure using gaskets, etc., when joining panels, it is difficult to connect the panels depending on the tightening conditions of bolts and nuts.6 (Problem to be solved by the invention) This may cause unevenness in the clamping state, such as the packing protruding outside, which may impair the watertight properties, or the need to temporarily fix the packing etc. to the joint surface of the panel with adhesive during installation. Construction is time-consuming, and when the panels are joined together to form a basement, there are joints at the joints of the gaskets because there is no integrity between the gaskets, and these seams impair watertightness. there were.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was invented in order to solve the problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to reliably seal the panel joints, and to The purpose of the present invention is to provide a seal structure in which the seals between each panel are seamlessly continuous when a basement is assembled by joining the panels, and the joining work and sealing work during construction can be easily performed. As a technical means to achieve this objective, in the present invention, in a panel-assembled basement assembled by joining panels, grooves for filling sealing material are provided on the joining surface of one panel between the panels to be joined. At the same time, a protrusion that fits into the groove is formed on the joint surface of the other panel, and when the basement is assembled with each panel joined, each fitting part between the groove and the protrusion is formed. We decided to adopt a configuration in which the panels are continuous and the sealing material between the panel joint surfaces is integrally continuous.

(Function) Therefore, in the seal structure of the present invention, the groove for filling the sealant formed on the joint surface of one panel is filled with the sealant, and the groove filled with the sealant is filled with the groove of the other panel. If the panels are joined together so that the protrusions formed on the joint surfaces of the panels fit together, the sealing material will overflow from the grooves over the entire surface of the joint as the projections fit together, and the area between the joint surfaces will be The entire surface is sealed with sealing material, the sealing surface is wide, and since each fitting part is continuous with each other when the basement is assembled, the sealing material between each panel joint surface is seamless and continuous. However, it is possible to create a complete seal with no seams anywhere. Also, when joining the panels, the protrusions are inserted along the grooves, so positioning when setting the panels is difficult. It can be done easily and accurately.

Then, when joining each panel, the sealing material 60 is filled in the groove 23 of the panel 3 in a heaping state, as in the case of joining the floor panel 3 and the side wall panel 6 illustrated in FIG. 3.4. After that, the protrusion 36 of the panel 6 is fitted into the groove 23, and inserted into the word hole 52, 53.
This is fastened with a nut 57. In this case, groove 2
3, the sealing material 60 overflows from within the groove 23, and the overflowing sealing material 60 completely seals the joint surfaces.

Therefore, in the basement A assembled as described above, the sealing material 60 is filled between the joint surfaces to be joined between each panel along the fitting portion of the groove and the protrusion. The joint surfaces are completely sealed by this sealing material 60, and since each fitting part between each panel is continuous, the sealing material 60 between each panel is continuous, and the sealing material 60 is a seam. The seals at the joints of each panel are applied to the entire wall without any problems, and since the protrusions are fitted into the grooves, it is easier to set the panels during the joining process, and it is easier to position the panels. It will also be accurate.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, panel joints can be sealed by simply filling the sealing material into the grooves formed on the joining surfaces during panel joining work, and the sealing material can be applied to the grooves. Since the sealing material in the grooves overflows over the entire joint surface, the joint surface can be completely sealed, the sealing surface can be wide, and the Since the seal thickness can be increased depending on the depth, a reliable seal can be obtained.Furthermore, since each fitting part is continuous between each panel, the sealant filled in this fitting part can be used to assemble the basement. It is possible to seamlessly connect the panels and seal all the panel joints completely. In addition, since the joining work involves fitting the grooves and protrusions, this fitting makes it easier to set the panel, and the positioning is also more accurate.
The efficiency of joining work can be improved.

1) In a panel-assembled basement where panels are assembled by joining them together, grooves for filling sealing material are formed on the joining surface of one panel between the panels to be joined, and
A protrusion that fits into the groove is formed on the joining surface of the capacity panel, and when the basement is assembled with each panel joined, the fitting parts of the groove and the protrusion are continuous. A sealing structure characterized in that the sealing material between the joint surfaces of each panel is formed so as to be integral and continuous.
