する係止孔6を設け、更にこの係止孔6にネジ孔7を対
応させて、相手方部品2への合わせ面8と反対側の面〔
以下「反対面」〕 9に、板ナツト10を接着し、ネジ
4を相手方部品2の取付は孔3及び発泡体lの係止孔6
へ通して接着された板ナツト10のネジ孔7に螺合する
ことで相手方部品2を発泡体1へ重ね合わせて係止して
いた。

り、折り曲げ部16間の一方の辺にもストッパー17が
折り曲げて形成しである。そしてこの板ナツト15はガ
イド部14の上面18及び両側面19で案内されるよう
にしである。次に発泡体12と相手方部品2との係止状

ッパー17がガイド部14に当たることで板ナツト15
のネジ孔20は突部13の中心に位置するようになって
いる。あとはネジ4を取付は孔3から係入していき、突
部13内の板ナツト15のネジ孔20へ螺合させればよ
い。この時板ナツト15はガイド部14で案内・位置規
制され且つ突部13内に差込まれて、いわば埋め込まれ
ているのでネジ孔20にネジ4を螺合していっても係入
方向Aへ位置ズレをおこすことなく、且つ突部13内で
回転が防止されるので非常にネジ4の板ナツト15への
螺合作業が容易である。また、ネジ4は完全に突部13
内で板ナツト15と螺合するので、発泡体12と相手方
部品2との係止・固定が確実に行われる。更に発泡体1
2の板ナツト15を埋め込んだ部分、即ちネジ係止部位
5の肉厚(11)は発泡体12自体の肉厚、即ち合わせ
面8と反対面9間の肉厚(12)より厚いので、万一ネ
ジ4を締めすぎたとしても容易に発泡体12が破損する
ことはなく、より強い締め付は力で発泡体12と相手方

することができるという効果もある。
