Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は壁層板を利用した電気機器取付機構の
考案に係り、薄層化された壁層板を利用してテレ
ビ受信用直列ユニツトなどを取付けしめ、しかも
標準仕様による電気機器止着板に対し特別な加工
を施すことなく簡易且つ安定に取付けることがで
きるようにした機構を提供しようとするものであ
る。

ウトレツトボツクス)内に前記のような電気機器
を収容せしめ、即ち該鉄箱に取付けられた止着板
に対して電気機器を取付ける従来の一般的方法に
よるものは壁層の厚みが上記鉄箱を完全に埋蔵す
るに充分な程度のものであることを必要とするの
に対し、近時における建築技術、特に建築素材に
関する新製品の発展普及はその仕切壁などの厚み
が斯様な鉄箱などに埋装し得ないように薄層化さ
れている。そこでこのように薄層化した仕切壁な
どに前記した直列ユニツトなどの電気機器を取付
ける手法として該電気機器を取付けた前記止着板
の両端部に挾み金具をそれぞれ枢着状態で係着
し、この挾み金具に形成された螺孔に止着板に挿
着された螺子を螺合し、該螺子の緊締によつて止
着板端部と前記挾み金具との間に壁層板を挾入し
て取付けることが行われている。即ちこのような
機構として提案されているものは第1,2図に示
す通りであつて、電気機器10を収容するに足る
幅をもつた止着板11の狭小部11aにおける両
側に係着用の切込み12を対設して挾み金具13
の基端フツク部14を枢着状(第2図に示すよう
に回動可能)に係止し、一方止着板11の端部側
に形成された挿嵌孔15(この挿嵌孔15は元来
が該止着板11を鉄箱に締着するためのものであ
る)に挿嵌された螺子16を挾み金具13におけ
る中間部の螺孔17に螺合したもので、第2図の
実線状態で止着板11の端部と挾み金具13の先
端との間に壁層板20を介在させ(具体的には壁
層板20に電気機器10を収容するように第3図
に示す如く形成された開口部の口縁を介在させ
る)、この状態で螺子16を緊締して第2図の仮
想線で示すような状態から実線で示すように挾み
金具13の先端部を止着板11の裏面に引き寄
せ、壁層板20を内外から挾圧して止着するもの
であつて、斯うして取付けられた電気機器10に
対しては壁層面に覆着されたフラツシユプレート
21が前記狭小部11aの螺孔18に挿着された
螺子19で取付けられるもので、このような構成
のものとしては実開昭51−85605号などがある。
ところでこのものはJIS規格による鉄箱を必要と
しないで壁層板に対し直接に取付け得るメリツト
のあることは明らかであるが、前記のように鉄箱
に対する取付けを前提として設計されたものにお
いて挾み金具による取付けをなすには止着板11
の狭小部11aに対して更に上述したような係着
用切込み12,12を両側に対設加工することが
必要である。又壁層板20に形成される開口部2
3の大きさはなるべく小さいことが好ましいこと
から第2図に実線で示すように止着板11に対し
て傾斜せしめられる挾み金具13の傾斜角をなる
べく大きくすることが壁層板20の比較的小さい
開口部23内にこの挾み金具13を挿入可能とす
る所以となり、このように挾み金具13の傾斜角
を大にするためには前記挿嵌孔15として単に横
長の長孔状としただけでは不充分であつて、更に
第1図に示すように挿嵌孔15の中央部に螺子1
6の逃げ部16aを切込んだT形孔に改造しなけ
ればらないので、それらの加工費が嵩む不利があ
る。上記したような切込み12,12の対設を初
めから形成した場合には鉄箱に取付け且つ螺孔1
8を形成してフラツシユプレートを取付けるため
の必要強度を前提として設計された前記狭小部1
1aの強度を低減することとなり、更には挿嵌孔
15の挿嵌された螺子16が鉄箱のように安定し
た剛体に螺着されるものでないことから該狭小部
11aの螺孔18に対してフラツシユプレートを
取付けるべく螺子を押圧螺入するに当つてその押
圧力が若干大となると止着板11がこの切込み1
2,12間において屈曲し、該止着板11をベー
スとした全体の取付寸法関係が変動して安定した
取付関係が確保できなくなる等の不利欠点が各現
場における実際の取付施工において確認される。

と同じであるが、本考案においては前記挾み金具
13に特徴を有し、第7図に示す如くであつて、
その止着板11側への枢着的取付け構造は平板状
に形成された該挾み金具13に止着板11の幅に
相当した間隔を採つて延出部3,3を対設し、一
方止着板11に関しては少なくとも挿嵌孔15部
分は単に挿嵌孔15が設けられたままとし、前記
延出部3,3は該止着板11の側壁部分に取付け
た電気機器10のカバー部体の組立て嵌合のため
に形成した屈曲突部1,2間に挿嵌したものであ
る。即ちこのような電気機器10のケースは本体
部カバー部分の何れか一方の素材板の周側に突部
を配設し、組立てに当つて該突部を屈曲し他方の
素材板を抱持して組立てを完成するように成つて
おり、上記した直列ユニツトの場合においては止
着板11自体をこのケース部本体の側壁として利
用し、これにカバー部であるケース底面板に配設
された周側突部を屈曲して機器ケースとすること
が行われており、何れにしてもこのような屈曲突
部1,2が底面角部部分の両側に位置することは
公知の通りで、これらの屈曲突部1,2はケース
側面よりその素材厚さに相当した高さだけ突出し
ているものであるから、このような屈曲突部1,
2間に前記延出部3,3を機器ケースの両側にお
いて挿嵌するものであり、更に挾み金具13にお
けるこれらの延出部3,3間には止着板11の裏
面に対する接合突部4を適当に屈曲して形成し、
又該止着板11の両側に補強屈曲部3aを形成し
て夫々交叉方向に補強している。

み金具13を適切に該開口部23内へ装入して取
付操作し得ることは明らかであり、又止着板11
の挿嵌孔15形成部分に対して従来のもののよう
に切込み12の如き形成する必要がないと共に挾
み金具には補強折曲部3aと屈曲された接合突部
4で夫々補強しているので設計通りの強度を保持
することができ、しかも接合突部4は螺子16に
よる締着に当つて止着板の裏面に接合して支点と
して作用するので挾み金具の先端における締着が
頗る強固且つ安定となり、勿論従来のもののよう
にフラツシユプレートの取付けに当つて、狭小部
11aの切込みに原因して該部分を屈曲せしめる
ことを有効に防止できるメリツトがあり、上述の
ように挾み金具13を相対的移動量が大となるこ
とから螺子16の挿嵌孔15を殊更にT形孔とす
る必要もなくなつて規格生産された止着板11に
関して特別な加工を全く必要としないから鉄箱
(アウトレツトボツクス)を用いて取付ける標準
タイプの機器ケースであつても本考案による挾み
金具をそのまま採用し得るなどの作用効果を有し
ており、実用上その効果の大きい考案である。
