    方向に多段にスプレイノズルを配置している吸収塔にお
    いて、最下段が微小粒径生成スプレイノズルからなり、
    かつ、上段にいくにつれて順にスプレイ粒径が大きいス
    プレイノズルからなる配列になっていることを特徴とす
    る、吸収塔のスプレイ装置。
